It’s World Lupus Day! Today is a special day when the global lupus community stands together to raise awareness of lupus, its impact across the world, and calls attention to the urgent need for increased funding of lupus research and resources.

Join me and the millions across the globe impacted by lupus and take action to Make Lupus Visible for World Lupus Day:

1. Donate to support lupus education programs and support services — or start your own fundraiser.
2. Put on Purple to raise awareness of lupus and tell people why. Share your picture on social media and use #LupusAwarenessMonth and #WorldLupusDay so we can see you rocking your purple!
3. Share important lupus awareness facts with the help of the World Lupus Federation toolkit that includes social media messages and images.
