Women in Life Sciences – Luncheon

The Women in Life Sciences Luncheon, co-hosted by AusBiotech and Medicines Australia was held in NSW.

The Luncheon, which was hosted on March 7, 2025, brought together over 600 leaders, changemakers, and allies to mark International Women’s Day.

This year’s Luncheon embraced the call to #Accelerate Action. It will spark a conversation on how our industry can tackle the systemic and persistent barriers that result in unbalanced gender representation at the highest levels of the life sciences industry —specifically in Board, CEO, and executive roles.

As the CEO of Lupus NSW, Barbara Ward, attended to event to both represent the association and to further its’ interests.
